A little about the person behind the poetry.....

I am the youngest of five children, and loved being the "baby" of the family, except of course, when it meant I was teased ruthlessly by my siblings.  I graduated from R. B. Chamberlin High School in 1997.   I hope to become a veterinary technician someday.  I've grown up with animals (including my siblings!) all my life, and have come to love them a lot.  Right now, I have a seven year old beagle/pointer mix, and a four year old boxer/vizsla mix.  They are the best of friends and always seem to keep my parents busy while I'm away.

I loved high school, because I became good friends with some very special people.   My best friend, Jessica, and I have been close since first grade, but I also met some other great people.  I became close with three of my teachers: Mrs. Murphy, Mrs. Darrah, and Ms. McCloskey.  They have been truly special inspirations in my life.  Friends like that deserve the very best that life has to offer.

I am a huge Cleveland Indians fan.  My favorite player is 1B Jim Thome. Although the Tribe failed to win the World Series the past two times, I still have faith in them. Maybe, just maybe, 1998 will be the year of the Tribe!

My favorite television show is "I Love Lucy."  Lucille Ball is the greatest actress I have ever seen. I have seen every "ILL" and have them all on video tape. I watch them so much, I could probably quote most of the shows, word for word!  I collect as much Lucy memorablilia as I can afford!  Right now I have an old metal sign advertising the show, a clock, a mug and some posters.  Unfortuately, I am running out of room for my collection.

Well, for right now, that's about all I can think of to tell everyone about myself.  Keep coming back though; I will always be updating my page.
